For those connected directly to one of our wireless networks, there should seldom be any problems with your service.  Sometimes however we have problems on our end.  We'll report any problems on our network here, and you can do the same.

If you are able to get to this web page using your Internet connection with us, it's pretty self explanatory that everything is working fine.  However, if you got here from another network, use the form on this page or call us at (814) 634-9498 to report your problem.  Make sure you include your account identification number contained on your welcome letter from us and a detailed description of your problem.

If you have a wireless CPE and/or router, you should first try to turn the power off on such devices for about 5 minutes and retry your connection. Most of the time a reset is all you need.
